The process:

2. Click on the form button below to email us your request.
3. One of our trained nutritionists will contact you to make sure this is the correct test to reach your goals and place your order and take payment.
4. Payment is for reading the test and the follow up appointment.
5. The test will be drop shipped to your home (anywhere in the US, excluding NY).
6. Follow the directions precisely and fill out the form completely.
7. Mail in test.
8. Depending on test, results will take 3-8 weeks.
9. Upon receiving the results one of our trained specialists will make you a video going over results and it will be sent to you.
10. Schedule your follow up appointment to get questions answered and initiate a plan of action.
